<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain high reception performance level, while reducing the sampling frequency of an analog-digital converting means. SOLUTION: A receiving circuit for a spectrum spread signal, equipped with the analog-digital converting means which converts a received analog signal into a received digital signal by performing analog-digital conversion at a specific sampling frequency, is equipped with an interpolation means, which generates an interpolated signal by interpolating the received digital signal, corresponding to the received digital signal and demodulates the interpolated signal.</p> |
