PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid sealing type vibration controller miniaturizing the device by adopting a simple constitution and reducing the cost. SOLUTION: This liquid sealing type vibration controller comprises a ringed first connecting substrate 1 having a central hole 1a formed on orifice passage in its central part, a first elastic support member 2 comprising a cylindrical support part 2a fixed to one surface of the first connecting substrate 1 and a closing part 2b closing the opening in the other end part of the cylindrical support part 2a and forming a main liquid chamber 2d in a space toward the first connecting substrate 1, a ringed second connecting substrate 3 stackedly fixed to the other surface of the first connecting substrate 1, a second elastic support member 4 integrally connected and formed in the other surface side of the second connecting substrate 3, and a diaphragm 5 with its outer circumferential edge part retained on the inner circumferential part of the second elastic support member 4 and forming a sub-liquid chamber 5d between itself and the first connecting substrate 1. The whole shape of this controller is formed into a flat shape. |
