PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To know the number notice information of a caller, even if there is call incoming, while a portable telephone is located outside of a zone. SOLUTION: Radio communication is performed by portable telephones A17 and B18, radio communication with the portable telephones A17 and B18 is performed by base stations 15 and 16 and when a call is originated from the portable telephone A17 to the portable telephone B18 by a portable telephone network 10 and the portable telephone B18 is positioned outside the zone of the base station 16, the caller number notice information of the portable telephone A17 is stored temporarily. When the portable telephone B18 is moved into the zone of the base station 16, the caller number notice information is reported to the portable telephone B18.
