PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an immunopotentiator comprising a peptide having excellent immunoactivity as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: A peptide having an amino acid sequence represented by sequence numbers 1 to 3 (reference to the specification) is a peptide containing a p43 N end domain being a precursor of an endothelial monocyte activated polypeptide EMAPII. Since the peptide has an excellent cytokinin activity and improves an immunoreaction, it is useful as an immunopotentiator.
