PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior finishing member capable of being mounted around a waterproofing floor mounting height on the surface of an exterior wall panel at a plant in advance when a waterproofing floor such as a roof- balcony or the like is mounted on the exterior wall panel and, at the same time, facilitating the waterproof treatment of a joint section between the waterproofing floor and the exterior wall panel in a site. SOLUTION: The exterior finishing member 3 is mounted on the surface of a wall panel body 2 mounting the waterproofing floor 10 there on and, at the same time, a waterproofing sheet 4 connects an exterior finishing member attached wall panel 1 mounted so that it can be extended to the upper surface of the waterproofing floor 10 upward from the lower end of the exterior finishing member 3 to a balcony floor 10.
