PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lightweight banking structure that can reduce the laid length of a mesh sheet for fixing a slope frame installed at a slope. SOLUTION: This lightweight banking structure is composed of slope frames 22 each provided with a slope part 22a and a bottom part 22b and installed at the slope of banking; a slope seeding and planting vegetation soil bags 23 installed inside the slope frame 22; a banking body 26 composed of a hard urethane foam foamed in site, filled between the inside of the vegetation soil bags 23 and the natural ground 21; and the mesh sheets 24 connected to the bottom parts 22b of the slope frames 22 and fixedly embedded in the hard urethane foam foamed in site. The mesh sheets 24 are adhesively fixed being embedded in the hard urethane foam 26 foamed in site. The mesh sheets 24 can be shortened and easily fixed.
