PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buttock-covering underpants capable of releasing stuffy feeling/heat-fuggy feeling caused on an natal cleft part and the upper or lower portion thereof while maintaining the conventional formativity. SOLUTION: This buttock-covering underpants have the following structure: the ventilation at a sacrum part 18 formed on an natal cleft part at the back center of the buttock part and communicating with the upper part of an oblong space the size of which is altered in proportion to the movement of the legs when a wearer walks, and at a crotch part 16 communicating downward than at the leg part and the buttock parts 14a and 14b, so that an air flow is inevitably generated toward the intergluteal cleft part when worn, and also a great air flow is generated at the space around the sacrum part 18, the crotch part 16 and the natal cleft part by a bellow phenomenon in proportion to the walking movement when the wearer walks. Such a structure results in enabling stuffy feeling/heat-fuggy feeling to be eliminated while maintaining the conventional formativity.
