PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the amount of change of electric capacitance certainly, and to suppress change of an output characteristic in a loading sensor, which detects a load to a movable point-of-contact by the change of the electric capacitance between an electrode and the movable point of contact. SOLUTION: The loading sensor 15 is constituted so that, by arranging electrodes 11 and 11 covered with resists 12 and 12 on a substrate 20, by arranging a switch pattern 14, which consists of a pair of point-of-contact 13 and 13 parting these electrodes 11 and 11, and further by arranging the movable point-of-contact 17, which is formed with conductive rubber, oppositely to these electrodes 11 and 11, and the switch pattern 14, the load to this movable point- of-contact 17 may be sensed by the change of the electric capacitance between the above electrodes 11 and 11, and the movable point-of-contact 17. In the loading sensor, the rubber under surface 17a of the above movable point-of- contact 17 is formed in a shape of a convex-concave.
