PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four way selector valve superior in assembly and sealability. SOLUTION: A passage from a port (a) introducing high pressure refrigerant to ports b and c is opened and closed by ball valve elements 9 and 9a and valve seats 6 and 6a, a passage from the ports b and c to a port d is opened and closed by ball valve elements 14 and 14a and cylindrical valve seats 16 and 16a, and they are driven by pistons 17 and 17a. A part of high pressure fluid introduced by the port (a) is selectively introduced by a first solenoid valve 4 and a second solenoid valve 5. By separating each valve, assembly of incorporating the valves is improved, and since mutual misalignment of the valves can be tolerated, sealability is improved.
