PURPOSE: A core box for an intake port of a cylinder head of an engine is provided to prevent the degradation of the engine output by stably fixing a port core and to improve the quality of a product by making the product easily separated from the core box. CONSTITUTION: A core box for an intake port of a cylinder head of an engine comprises an upper die(31), a lower die(32) removably installed in the lower portion of the upper die, a cylinder head port core(33) formed in the dividing face of the upper die and the lower die, and a hydraulic cylinder(34) slidably installed on the lower end portion of the cylinder head port core along the dividing face to make the cylinder head port core separated from the upper die and the lower die.
