SOLUTION: In an electronic album having picture registering, retrieving, reading, and printing functions, the connected environment information of peripheral equipment or a communication line connected to a computer terminal or a game machine is acquired at the time of starting this system or with each prescribed interval, and the available peripheral equipment or service is clarified to a user by referring to the connected environment information, and the available services are ranked by referring to the connected environment information of the peripheral equipment or the communication line or the use history of the peripheral equipment, and the peripheral equipment or service suitable for the use configurations is recommended to the user based on the rank. Thus, it is possible for the user to easily select the suitable peripheral equipment or communication line without investigating the connected situation of the peripheral equipment or the connected line by the user himself or herself.</p> |
