PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To partially repair a coating layer and reduce the cost. SOLUTION: This method for repairing a component made from a Ni-based alloy provided with an undercoat layer 12 on a base material made from the Ni-based alloy, and a top coating layer 13, when the above top coating layer 13 is damaged, comprises a process of removing a peeled part 13a of the damaged top coating layer 13, and a deteriorated part 12a of the undercoat layer 12 corresponding to the peeled part 13a, and a process of forming the other undercoat layer 17 by hot spraying on an open end 14 of the undercoat layer 12 at 300 deg.C in the based material or lower, at a hot spraying particle speed of 300 m/s or higher in the air, and a process of forming the other top coating layer 18 in the peeled part 14 in the top coating layer 13. |
