PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sulfonic acid salt to be a raw material for a telomerization catalyst without depositing a precipitate in a reactional system at all when a telomerization reaction of a conjugated diene with an active hydrogen compound is continuously carried out on an industrial scale for a long period, and to provide a method for producing the sulfonic acid salt. SOLUTION: The sulfonic acid amino salt is represented by formula (I) (wherein, R<1> and R<2> denote each phenyl group which may be substituted with a lower alkyl group; R<3> denotes phenylene group which may be substituted with a lower alkyl group; and R<4> , R<5> and R<6> denote each a lower alkyl group).
