PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for manufacturing an electronic apparatus, capable of making manufacturing time short. SOLUTION: Virtual nonvolatile device information 42a-42n are prepared, by a number equal to the number of units of cellular phones in course of manufacture, in a virtual nonvolatile device 43 constructed in a process controlling computer 41. The computer for each process in a manufacturing process reads and refers to the virtual nonvolatile device information 42a-42n, rather than the nonvolatile device built in the cellular phone. Thus the nonvolatile device of the cellular phone is collectively written in, to make access time shorter and manufacturing time shorter.
