PURPOSE: A hole punch is provided to safely form a hole in a workpiece by forming the hole through moving the second punch mounted on a punching rod to the first punch mounted on a supporter, while discharging chips through the second punch. CONSTITUTION: A hole punch includes a gun(60). A punching rod(62) is movably installed in the gun(60) so as to form a hole(52) in a workpiece(50). A supporter(70) is provided to support the workpiece(50) when the punching rod(62) moves forwards. One end of the supporter(70) is connected to the gun(60) and the other end of the supporter(70) is spaced from an axis of the punching rod(62). A hole forming device(80) is installed on the punching rod(62) and the supporter(70). The hole forming device(80) includes the first punch(86) installed at the other end of the supporter(70) and the second punch(82) installed at an end of the punching rod(62).
