PURPOSE: A water purifier using tourmalin is provided to supply water containing a sufficient amount of dissolved oxygen and mineral, to purify the water by using the action of surfactants, and to remove scale and rust inside piping. CONSTITUTION: The water purifier using tourmalin comprises a lower cap(a) having water inlet and outlet openings(1,2); a cylindrical inner vessel coupled to an entrance side of the outlet opening of the lower cap and containing tourmalin and crystal; and a cylindrical outer vessel(c) coupled to the lower cap to surround the inner vessel, thereby defining a space for allowing the water entered through the inlet opening to be supplied into the inner vessel.
