PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface potential detection sensor and a surface potential detection device capable of detecting accurately the potential of a body to be measured even when the distance from the body to be measured is changed. SOLUTION: This surface potential detection sensor 1 includes a potential detection electrode 11, a distance detection electrode 12, a first shield case 13, and a second shield case 14. The first shield case 13 includes a first detection window 15. The potential detection electrode 11 is stored inside the first shield case 13 and installed corresponding to the first detection window 15. The second shield case 14 includes a second detection window 16. The distance detection electrode 12 is stored inside the second shield case 14 and installed corresponding to the second detection window 16. The first shield case 13 and the second shield case 14 are mutually electrically insulated, and mechanically coupled together. |
