<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily performable the newly rising of a production line or the process change of an existent line, to make easily verifiable the whole of a plant and to make attainable the efficient development of the production line and the shortening of the period for development. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a virtual plant preparing means 22 for preparing a virtual plant, with which a plant is made into data model, and a simulation means 23 for verifying production conditions and physical distribution conditions at least by making that prepared virtual plant 21 perform production simulation. A plurality of any production facilities in the plant are made into dedicated unit constitutive machines combining a modular unit 76 to a main body machine 75 of common specification so that the modular unit can be freely exchanged. The simulation means 23 can verify the production conditions and the physical distribution conditions when the modular unit of the production facility is exchanged.</p> |
