<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an superior toner having durability and stability which is free from increase in the contamination (fog) on a white base, decrease in the image density or adhesion of the component of toner particles on a photoreceptor drum surface even when the toner is repeatedly used in a copying machine, printer or the like, which is free from increase in the fog or decrease in the transfer rate even when the toner changes with time due to storage in a high temperature environment, and which does not scatter in a machine, and to provide a charge controlling agent for the toner and a method for manufacturing the charge controlling agent. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the charge controlling agent for the electrostatic charge image developing toner features that the agent is obtained by allowing at least two kinds of hydroxy aromatic carboxylic acids to react with divalent metals.</p> |
