PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly economical scaffold for slinging works simply assembled into a necessary scale and repeatedly used by standardizing members in particular. SOLUTION: The working scaffolds 5 are sequentially installed along a side wall 1a and a partition wall 1b respectively in the side wall 1a in the outer circumference of a caisson 1 and the upper end part of the partition wall 1b formed in its inside. The work scaffolds 5 are constituted of multiple U-shaped frames 6 installed at prescribed intervals in their respective continuing direction, multiple floor boards 7 installed between adjoining U-shaped frames 6 and 6, and a handrail frame 8. In this case, at least, the shapes and the dimensions of all the U-shaped frames 6, the floor boards 7, and the handrail frame 8 are standardized and formed as unit members comprising the work scaffold 5.
