PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of microbend in optical fibers and to suppress the increase in the transmission loss of optical fibers when optical fibers are immersed in warm water by specifying the water absorbance of the color layer of optical fibers made of a color UV curing resin. SOLUTION: The water absorbance of the color layer 13 made of a color UV curing resin is specified to <2.0%.
