PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small pinch valve with low overall height capable of adjusting a minute flow rate. SOLUTION: The pinch valve comprises a cylinder body 1, a cylindrical handle 3 screwed to the cylinder body, a lock nut 10 screwed between the handle and the cylinder body, a connecting rod 4 slidably provided in interiors of the cylinder body and the handle and having a spring receiver 5 in a lower end, a spring 6 provided between the handle and the spring receiver, a piston 7 joined to a spring receiver lower face and sliding in the cylinder body interior, a pressurizing element 8 attached to a lower end part of the piston, and a body 2 housing an elastic tube body 9 and provided in a lower side of the cylinder body. The valve is closed by pressing the pressurizing element 8 against the tube body 9 by force of the spring 6, and the valve is opened by forcing air between the piston 7 and the cylinder body 1.
