PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce over-compressing work by using reflected waves of pressure waves generated by compressed fluid discharged from a discharging port for opening a discharging valve at its own discharging port, in a compressor. SOLUTION: Discharging path length Lr from a discharging port 22 to pressure-released a discharging path outlet end 50a is decided on the basis of pressure wave-form measured under a compressor operating condition. By reflected waves of discharging compressed waves at the outlet end 50a, opening valve pressure at discharging compressed fluid is lowered. A part of the discharging path 50 is structured by a pipe 47, the discharging path length Lrfit decided on the basis of the pressure wave-form measured under the compressor operating condition is embodied by adjusting the length of the pipe.
