PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server selection method that solves the problem of loads concentrating onto a particular server, because users disproportionately exist in a particular area, in the case of selecting an optimum server for a user terminal and can suppress the networking cost mote, in comparison with that of a load uniformizing system. SOLUTION: The server selection method adopts weighting method and the mapping table method, in order to select an optimum server for terminal connection by taking notice of distance information between servers and terminals and load information of each server. In the weighting method, a distance information acquisition means calculates the distance between a server and a user, a server load information acquisition means acquires load information of each candidate server, a weight coefficient update means updates a weight coefficient table of each server, a weighting evaluation value calculating means calculates the weighting evaluation value of each candidate server, and a connection server decision means references the weighting evaluation value to output each candidate server as a selected server, in the order of higher priority. |
