PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a minute luminescent point due to the gathering of the beads on a pixel electrode, the damage generated by vibration due to the beads and light leakage are generated and image quality is deteriorated, in beads spacers used for making the gap between substrates of a liquid crystal display device uniform. SOLUTION: The beads spacers are disposed on the longitudinal signal line and/or the lateral signal line of the substrate by an ink jetting system to improve the defect due to the beads spacers on the pixel electrode.
