PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make stabilized soldering to a wiring pattern at a terminal. SOLUTION: In a rotary surface-mount electric parts, a graded part D1 is installed at least between the center part and a mounting part 1h of the rear face 1c of the bottom wall 1a of a substrate 1, and because a gap between the center part of the rear face 1c of the bottom wall 1a and a printed-circuit board 15 is generated when the mounting part 1h id mounted on the printed- circuit board 15 for the surface mounting, the center part of the bottom wall 1a does not abut on the printed-circuit board 15 even if the substrate 1 is heated by the heat in the surface mounting and is warped, and therefore, a separated distance of the rear face 1j of the mounting part 1h from the face of the printed- circuit board 15 becomes smaller, and soldering of a terminal part 2b positioned at the boarding part 1h and drawing out parts 3, 4b with a wiring pattern becomes sure.
