<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of 'End-to-End' delay and its details being not known, since a criterion for the evaluation of a conventional network quality measurement service is only for the delay of a single network in a network communication service for transmitting and receiving data via plurality of networks. SOLUTION: As shown in Figure 2, a repeater node 1 monitors communication between subscribers and respectively measures delays between a service subscriber A8 and the repeater node and delay between a service subscriber B9 and the repeater node, by the difference between the relaying time of data and the relaying the time of data confirmation. Then, the delays are presented to a subscriber A and a subscriber B.</p> |
