PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin sheet-forming agent giving resin sheet having heat resistance enough to stand >=200 deg.C, high in trans parency, low in water absorption and free from discoloration, particularly de signed to produce a resin sheet suitable for optoelectronic devices. SOLUTION: This active energy ray-curable resin sheet-forming agent comprises a diacrylate of the general formula (1) (where, R<1> is an alkylene group; and an is an integer of 0-2) and gives the resin sheet with a decomposition temperature of >=200 deg.C.
