SOLUTION: A self diagnosing means 30 diagnoses the weight selector about the factor of deteriorating its selection accuracy, based on waveform data of articles W carried in on a conveyer 21 when a determining means 25 determines on defectives or a diagnose instructing means 32 instructs, and an indicator 31 indicates the diagnosis result.
