PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a system and an intermediating device for questions and answers, an information processor for answer and a computer program, with which a questioner can give a question, even if he does not own a computer. SOLUTION: The question entered on paper for question entry by the questioner is read by facsimile equipment 21 and transmitted to a computer (intermediating device for question and answer) 1. The computer 1 stores the image data of the question. Furthermore, the questioner transmits the conditions of answerer from a portable telephone set (information processor for question) 22 to the computer 1. The computer 1 transmits the image data of the question and the data of the conditions to a computer (information processor for answer). The answerer confirms these data, prepares an answer, corresponding to the question and transmits the data of the answer from a computer 3 to the computer 1. The computer 1 converts the answer data into FAX data, and transmits them to the facsimile equipment 21.
