METHOD FOR DYEING AND DYED MATERIAL DYED BY THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dyeing by which the dyeing can be carried out by using an extract from an animal and a plant that are natural products without discharging wastewater to the surrounding environment and a deep- colored dyed product can readily be obtained. SOLUTION: This method for dyeing is to dye the material to be dyed, especially fibers with the extract from the animal and plant as a dye in a supercritical fluid. In the method for dyeing, the extract is extracted in the supercritical fluid which contains preferably a cosolvent therein. Mordanting can further be performed after the dyeing.
