PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous inorganic coating material composition which enables the formation of a flat coating film having excellent flame retardance, weatherability, and crack resistance. SOLUTION: In an aqueous inorganic coating material composition, at least one inorganic flatting agent to be selected from the group consisting of an aqueous colloidal silica and a potassium titanate whisker is incorporated into an acrylic silicone resin emulsion.
