PURPOSE: An apparatus for coating a steel pipe automatically is provided to allow concrete or mortar to be coated to the outer circumference of a steel pipe automatically and uniformly, thereby improving the productivity and reducing the fatigue of a worker. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a case where a plurality of components are contained, and a hopper which is set at the upper part and where concrete or mortar is supplied, wherein the apparatus comprises a deliver conveyer(10) which supplies the concrete or mortar(9) of the lower part of a hopper(5) to the front side of a case(3); a second motor(11) which is connected with the delivery conveyer(10) to drive it; a pair of supply roller(12) which are provided at the front of the delivery conveyer(10) and sprays the concrete or mortar supplied from the delivery conveyer to the steel pipe; and a third motor(14) which is connected with the rollers(12) to rotate it.
