PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device improved to cope with grooved pulleys or the like of many kinds of hole diameters with a few kinds of sizes. SOLUTION: An intermediate ring member 29 is arranged between a sleeve assembly 25 and a machine member 21 formed with a tapered hole part 24. The intermediate ring member 29 is formed with a corresponding tapered outer peripheral surface 30 and provided with a flange part 22 positioned on the end side away from a first ring member in the axial direction of the intermediate ring member and projected radially inward. The flange member 22 forms an abutting part for a second sleeve member of two sleeve members, so that the axial displacement of the machine member brings about mutual displacement between two sleeve members of the sleeve assembly 25 comprising two members.
