PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pick up system which enables a photographer to pick up image without paying attention to the number of frames and which is superior in usability. SOLUTION: A camera unit 10 is nearly as heavy and large as an ordinary digital still camera, so a user P can pick up an image without feeling of incongruity by holding the camera unit 10 in hand and putting a storage unit 20 on the waist or back; and the storage means need not be held by the hand of the user and the capacity can be made large to some extent, so that the user can pick up images without paying attention to the number of frames. |
