PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a specification data erasure area by erasing the specification data corresponding to an undesignated specification. SOLUTION: When a country setting processing for permitting a user to designate a desired country is performed first in a specification setting processing, a CPU 2 conducts an unnecessary program erasure processing for erasing data of a specification programs for undesignated countries. Then the CPU 2 arranges respective memories by which the unnecessary program erasure processing is performed, implements a memory editing processing for securing a free space and, then, performs an initial setting processing for permitting the user to set different kinds of specification data to be set and storing them in the secured free space.
