PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a detachable cover for use in an area which is under constraints of the law of comparted ownership of building, such as a veranda of an apartment house. SOLUTION: The detachable cover is set by erecting poles which are detachable and lengthwise adjustable in the field, as a skeleton, and attaching thereto a transparent or light-colored heat-resisting resin sheet as the cover. Alternatively, the cover may be formed of a roll-up type awning sheet. In the latter case, the transparent or light-colored heat-resisting resin sheet is attached to a front bearing pole, a front surface, and side surfaces, as a cover. In ordinary times, the cover is detached, and it is assembled, as needed.
