PURPOSE: A device for managing a network stream using resource analysis is provided to use various methods such as a header compressing technique or a packet loss recovery technique while transceiving a network stream from a user application, thereby supplying an expandable environment capable of transceiving data in an optimum state. CONSTITUTION: A user application(100) is comprised. A resource analyzer(110) measures and analyzes a dynamic resource. A network stream controller(120) controls a proper network stream by using information transmitted from the resource analyzer(110). A network stream processor(130) receives data determined in the network stream controller(120), and transforms the network stream. The resource analyzer(110) comprises as follows. An application analyzer(111) measures a kind and a characteristic of the user application(100). A local host resource analyzer(112) analyzes resources usable in a local host computer. A remote host resource analyzer(113) analyzes resources usable in a remote host computer. A network traffic analyzer(114) analyzes traffic characteristics of a present network.
