PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, if a bus interface is faulty, an anomaly signal generated in any of functional parts not reaching a monitoring and con trolling part, and thus an alarm signal is not be sent out to the outside. SOLUTION: The functional parts 13a and 13b and the monitoring and control part 14 are provided with card-monitoring parts 15a, 15b, and 19 for monitoring occurrence of anomalies. If the card-monitoring parts 15a and 15b detect an anomaly in the functional parts 13a and 13b, the card monitoring parts 15a and 15b transmit an anomaly signal to the card-monitoring part 19 via inverters 17a and 17b, an anomaly signal line 12, and an inverter 18. The card-monitoring part 19 detects anomaly in the monitoring and control part 14 and further brings together anomaly signals, transmitted from the other functional parts 13a and 13b. Then the card-monitoring part 19 sends an alarm to the outside and further turns on an LED 20c for indication of an anomaly. |
