SOLUTION: Table information 31 to be managed on a memory, a table source file 11 having its original information on an external storage device, table development 21 that develops data from the table source file 11 on the memory at service start processing, table writing back 22 for writing table information on the memory back to the external storage device at service end processing, table update information 32 acquired for table recovery at a transaction failure, a table update information 12 to be acquired for table recovery at a systemdown and a check point file 13 are shown. In updating the table information 31 on the memory in one task, exclusion is performed so as not to perform reference or update from another task, and the exclusion is released after the update and before the end of the one task.
