PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress change of an output characteristic by reducing change of a proximity effective area, which comes from an electrode pattern and a movable point of contact, by errors in processing and assembling of a sensor electrode. SOLUTION: A load sensor consists of an electrode pattern 17, which is covered with resist 19 and is arranged on a substrate, a switch pattern 212, which consists of a pair of points of contact 20 and 20 and is apart form this electrode pattern 17, and a movable point of contact, which corresponds to the electrode pattern 17 and the switch pattern 21. On the other hand, the load sensor is constituted so that the load added to the movable point of contact may be sensed by change of the electric capacitance between the above electrode pattern 17 and the movable point of contact. Further, while forming the above electrode pattern 17 is formed into two half-annular shape symmetrical electrode patterns 17 and 17, these electrode patterns 17 and 17 are arranged oppositely and separately, and a sensor electrode 16, which is prepared with the above switch pattern 21 in the central part of these electrode patterns 17 and 17, is provided.
