PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a waste fluid from being supplied because a filter element clogs in a short time upon the operation of a multi-fuel combustion boiler for waste fluid. SOLUTION: The multi-fuel combustion boiler for waste fluid comprises a fuel gas supply line 2 for supplying fuel gas to a burner, and a waste fluid supply line 3 for supplying a waste fluid to a burner 1 and the burner 1 for combusting the fuel gas and the waste fluid provided on a boiler 24, vapor produced in the boiler or air pressurized by high pressure air supply means is introduced into the waste fluid supply line 3 to atomize the waste fluid injected from a waste fluid nozzle 11 with pressure of the air or the vapor. In the mixed combustion boiler for waste fluid, there are provided, on a parallel portion in the course of the waste fluid supply line, waste fluid filters 13, a valve 14 for filtration for flowing the waste fluid in a positive direction, and a reverse washing valve 15 for flowing the waste fluid reversely, and the waste fluid filters 13 provided in parallel are alternately employed for filtration, and the waste fluid filter element is reversely washed by opening the reverse washing valve 15 while the filtration is not performed for a set time.
