PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit injector driving device and an assembly and disassembly method thereof capable o increasing driving force without increasing the weight of a unit injector driving system component, and capable of enhancing output and rotation of an engine by avoiding generation of jumping of the driving system at a high rotation region. SOLUTION: In this unit injector driving device for an internal combustion engine equipped with a unit injector, a cam shaft is rotatably supported in a rocker case and is driven by a crankshaft through a gear train. A cam gear is detachably installed on a driving end part of the cam shaft. A unit injector driving member containing the rocker case and a rocker arm can be assembled and disassembled in a form that the cam gear is separated from the cam shaft and the cam shaft is installed in the rocker case.
