PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling transmission for a work vehicle capable of moving backward at high speed by operating one lever and not a plurality of levers. SOLUTION: The traveling transmission for the work vehicle is provided with a normal transmission path of transmitting driving force of an engine to wheels via a forward/reverse transmission 2H, a main transmission 3S, and a sub-transmission 4F, a reverse constant speed transmission path directly transmitting the driving force to the wheel without going through the forward/reverse transmission 2H, the main transmission 3S, or the sub-transmission 4F, and a shift operating means 1H capable of selectively changing over to a first reverse gear change going through the normal transmission path and a second reverse gear change going through the reverse constant speed transmission path.
