SOLUTION: Catalyst supporting particles where a catalyst material 10 is supported on the surface of an electron conducting particle 1, and a catalyst, containing polymer electrolyte where a catalyst material 20, is dispersed in an ion conducting polymer 2 are present in mixture. |
