PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin polymer composition excellent in a flame retardant property and balance of various physical properties such as a molding processability, tensile strength, tensile elongation, flexibility (bend-whitening resistance), bending resistance, and especially useful as electric wire-coating materials such as a wiring in an instrument, a harness for an automobile, and industrial materials such as an insulating tape, and an electric wire-coating material by using the composition. SOLUTION: This flame retardant polymer composition is obtained by incorporating (D) an inorganic flame retardant in a mixture [(A)+(B)+(C)=100%] consisting of (A) 1-99 wt.% olefinic polymer, (B) 1-99 wt.% random copolymer having a functional group of ethylene with a 3-10C α-olefin and (C) 0-98 wt.% (c-1) random copolymer of ethylene with a 3-10C α-olefin and/or (c-2) hydrogenated conjugated diene polymer in which >=80% double bond of the conjugated diene part of the conjugated diene polymer is saturated. |
