PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To commit storage of stock of objects for lend to the user's side by continuously storing an article currently being rent at a rent destination until the next lend reservation to the article appears even when lend period to the merchandise passes. SOLUTION: A lend management center 1 discriminates whether or not the next lend reservation is made to a rental article currently being rented which is stored in a lend data base by referring to a reservation data base. Consequently, when the next lend reservation does not exist, the lend management center 1 informs a user terminal 6 on its lend destination of a continuous storage request of the rental article by e-mail even after passage of lend period to the rental article currently being lend. |
