PURPOSE: A hands-free system including state display and position information functions of a car is provided to display abnormal states and position information of a car to a user by using a predetermined display method, thereby preventing abnormality generated while a driver talks over the phone. CONSTITUTION: An abnormal signal sensor(20) detects a signal presenting whether or not each part of a car is normal on the basis of an information signal, and transmits the abnormal signals to the outside. An MCU(30) decides whether each part of the car is normal by the detected signal, and transmits a control signal for displaying any abnormality of the parts to the outside. An information output unit(40) displays a present state and an abnormal state of each part to a user through a predetermined display unit by the control signal. A control input unit(70) is composed of many key buttons for inputting the control signal, and transmits a predetermined control signal for using or operating a required function of the user to the MCU(30). A storage(50) stores various setting conditions and states of the car by the user. A power charger(80) generates power for charging a cellular phone battery, and outputs a signal for controlling the power to the MCU(30). A handset unit(90) controls an inputting and an outputting of a voice signal, and controls the voice signal.
