PURPOSE: Provided is a water resistant plastic floor cover for the house animals with the adhesiveness to make it stay at one place, to stop the dust diffusion and the smelling of the cover. CONSTITUTION: The plastic adhesive film for the house animal bed comprises by forming one or more adhesive resin layers(b) to one side of the water resistant plastic film(a). The adhesive resin layers are selected from polybutene, polyisobutylene, epoxy-sized soybean oil, amorphous polyolefin and tackifier with thickness of 3-90% of the water resistant plastic film.
