摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescent exposure device capable of surely forming each segment of R, G, and B without causing peeling off. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the organic luminescent exposure device comprises a process for coating an emission layer 21 for forming an R segment part by masking a glass substrate on which a transparent conductive film 3 and an anode 4 are formed; a process for applying a water repellent fluorine coating 31 to the whole surface of the glass substrate 2; a process for masking the R segment part on the glass substrate 2 and removing the water repellent fluorine coating 31 in the part other than masking; a process for coating an emission layer 22 for forming a G segment part after masking; a process for removing the water repellent fluorine coating 31 in a part other than the R and G segment parts; a process for applying the water repellent fluorine coating 31 to the whole surface of the glass substrate; a process for coating an emission layer 23 for forming a B segment part after masking; and a process for removing the water repellent fluorine coating 31 in a part other than the R, G, and B segment parts.
